All parcels are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 1pm.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.
Returns are convenient and free with a prepaid label provided by Le Sybarite.
Outside Metropolitan France, delivery rates are calculated according to the country of destination.
The item ordered is not suitable?
You can return it to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your purchase (delivery to your home, or relay point). The Sybarite takes care of (almost!) everything.
Return and Refund Process :
1. Make sure that the product has not been opened or consumed. If this is an exceptional case, we invite you to explain the situation to us.
2. Send us an email to ventes@lesybarite.paris, and describe the reason for your return request. You can also contact us via the live chat on the site
3. After we have accepted your return request, we will send you the address of the warehouse, to be printed and pasted on the package. The original barcode of the product must be present on the package. If you have torn the barcode, please contact us.
4. Send your package to the address indicated, making sure that it is clearly visible, as well as the bar code of the product.
5. Send us an email to inform us of the shipment of the package,
6. Your full refund will be credited to your credit card used to place the order. Please allow 7 days following receipt and verification of the good condition of your package.
Items returned, within 14 days at the latest after delivery, must remain in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging, with no trace of use, and with the labels stuck on the products. Please take care of the returned products, as they are cosmetic products that require special attention.
Before being eligible for reimbursement, it is imperative to return the package to the address indicated. In the case where the package has been dropped off at a relay point, the customer is responsible for picking up the package in order to return it, and will not be eligible for a refund otherwise.
